The staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to help with any questions or requests. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient for a comfortable stay, and the rooms on the terrace outside added an extra touch of charm. Everything was just perfect!

My stay at the Garni Hotel was worth every penny. The room was comfortable and the beds ensured a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the village and close to the Drop Zone. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, treating us like friends rather than customers. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even helping me recover some forgotten items. The terrace area was a lovely bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

One small suggestion to improve the breakfast choices would be to include a toaster. It would be nice to have the option of toasted bread or bagels in the morning.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with a nice little kitchenette. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is well-maintained. The terrace area is a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Exceptional Customer Service. The hosts at the property were wonderful. They displayed a level of service that was truly exceptional - and the best I have ever experienced. They made us feel like their friends rather than customers. No request was ever too much, and they had plenty of recommendations for activities, things to do, the area, and restaurant recommendations. The apartment was large and roomy, and spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast was also very nice, and although there is no fully cooked breakfast option, they do offer eggs cooked to your preference. Although there was no washing machine in our apartment, the hosts were happy to wash laundry for us which was very much appreciated. Good shower.

During our Easter stay, we were impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by the hosts at this property. They were welcoming, friendly, and always helpful, going out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. The location of the property was also great, with easy access to the center and other key attractions. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean, and the buffet breakfast provided was of high quality.

some staff members were not very accommodating, particularly when it came to providing basic amenities like fans or allowing for flexible check-in times. while the customer service was exceptional, the lack of certain facilities and unhelpful staff members were the biggest letdowns of our stay.
